DESCRIPTION:Interested in starting a martial art? Try out Aikido at this fr
 ee introductory session for adults of all ages and fitness levels at our b
 eginner-friendly dojo in Oxford!\n\n\n\nAikido is a defensive martial art 
 that uses body movement to deflect attacks with minimal force. You'll lear
 n pins\, locks\, throws\, and break-falls as part of this dynamic\, non-co
 mpetitive art.\n\nThis introductory session will include a beginner's clas
 s of core techniques and a demonstration of the breadth of techniques that
  Aikido has to offer. You are welcome to join the practice or come along t
 o watch. If you would like to practice\, please wear loose-fitting clothes
  with long sleeves and legs\, and remove any jewelry.\n\nThe session will 
 take place at the dojo in the Iffley Road Sports Centre in Oxford. There a
 re change rooms with lockers available. Please ask at reception for direct
 ions to the dojo.\n\nPlease get in touch if you have any questions about t
